ITINERARY - LET'S GO!

DAY 1:

WELCOME TO TANGERI!

Are you ready for this exciting journey? We remind you that you manage the flights in complete autonomy and today we are all waiting for you in Tangier. We will give you information on the arrival time so that we can all find us at the airport, where our adventure companions will be waiting for us.

DAY 2:

TANGIER - ASILAH - CHEFCHAOUEN
Departure for Asilah, one of the favorite places for tourists. It is a small and quiet town on the Atlantic coast, south of Tangier, off the beaten track. The real pearl is its medina, with a very artistic atmosphere, with murals or paintings seemingly on every wall. Asilah is in fact known as an arts center and hosts a growing annual event, the Asilah Arts Festival. We will then continue our journey to the mythical blue city of Chefchaouen. The city offers an endless labyrinth of quaint houses and streets. You will notice a big difference from the Medinas of Fes and Marrakech, as the atmosphere is relaxed and the people are even friendlier than in the larger cities. In the late 15th century, Chefchaouen's population was strengthened by a number of Jews and Muslims fleeing southern Spain.

DAY 3:

CHEFCHAOUEN - VOLUBILIS - MEKNES - FEZ
After breakfast, a long drive will take us to Volubilis, a World Heritage Site, which contains the best preserved Roman ruins in Morocco. Our journey will then continue towards Meknès, a city in the Atlas that hosts an important monumental complex. We will arrive in Fez in the evening where we will spend the night.

DAY 4:

DISCOVERING FEZ
Day dedicated to the discovery of the wonderful Fez. Guided tour of the historic center of Fez. During the walking tour in the historic center we will explore the medina of Fes el-Bali and the main tourist attractions of the city, such as the al-Qarawiyyin mosque or the Mulay Idriss mausoleum. The afternoon is free and you will have time for shopping in the medina. Dinner in a typical restaurant and overnight stay

DAY 5:

FEZ - MIDELT - MERZOUGA
Departure from Fez and we will cross a fantastic landscape characterized by cedar forests, the wood of which was already used in the times of the Phoenicians and the Romans. Along the way we will pass through several Berber towns in Morocco. We will make a stop in Midelt, where we will be able to learn more about the history of the Berbers. Then we will leave for the Merzouga desert to venture on a fun camel ride and spend one of the nights we will never forget in a traditional Berber tent in the middle of the Sahara desert.

DAY 6:

MERZOUGA - DADES GORGES - OUARZAZATE
Departure from Merzourga for a journey that will take us through one of the most suggestive roads in Morocco, we will arrive at the Dades gorges, a spectacular rocky canyon located in the area of the Atlas mountain range. The mandatory photos of the hairpin bends leading to the gorges will be an indelible memory of a unique route. We will then take a scenic drive that will take us first to Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Morocco", where we will pass by the film sets of many Oscar-winning films and stop for the night.

DAY 7:

OUARZAZATE - AIT BEN HADDOU - MARRAKESH
Departure for the magnificent Kasbah of Ait-Ben-Haddou. After a short journey, the visit to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou will open before us will allow us to better understand the life of the communities within the kasbah, how houses are still built in the traditional way and above all to experience the magical atmosphere of " Games of Thrones ”filmed right here. We continue the journey and we will stop for a short visit to an Argan oil processing workshop and we will pass by the magnificent Kasbah of Telouet. We will finally reach Marrakesh in the late afternoon. We will have dinner independently at the stalls of Djemaa el Fna, the central square of the medina, which serves as an open-air stage for artists, musicians, storytellers and jugglers, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

DAY 8:

DISCOVERING MARRAKESH
The city is the second largest in Morocco and is also known as the Red City due to the color of its walls and buildings. Its position at the foot of the Atlas gives it a wonderful climate. In the morning we will have the opportunity to visit Palace Bahia, the Koranic school and the Koutoubia, symbol of Marrakech, with our Italian-speaking guide. The afternoon is free and you will have the opportunity to choose between a visit to the Jardin Majorelle and the Yves St Laurent museum or to continue your shopping in the medina, after a lunch on one of the typical terraces of the Medina Marrakech (entrance fees not included). Dinner in a typical restaurant with belly dance show and overnight in Riad
