We arrive at Solea and we find Camilla to welcome us with her courtesy and kindness who makes us feel like home immediately. Entering the hotel you are enveloped by a warm and welcoming environment: design furniture in dark tones, soft lights, a fireplace on the wall and a few candles here and there. The business card of the Solea Boutique and Spa Hotel could not be better.

Wir kommen im Solea an und finden Camilla, die uns willkommen heißt. Mit ihrer Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit fühlen wir uns sofort Zuhause. Wenn ihr das Hotel betretet, werdet ihr von einer warmen und einladenden Umgebung umgeben: Designmöbel in dunklen Tönen, sanftes Licht, ein Kamin an der Wand und ein paar Kerzen hier und da. Die Visitenkarte des Solea Boutique and Spa Hotels könnte nicht besser sein.

The rooms of the Solea Boutique and Spa hotel are 43, all different but equally elegant and welcoming. The room reserved for us by the Solea staff is a beautiful new Garden Junior Suite characterized by a perfect mix of modernity, design and tradition. The walls entirely covered with wood immediately won us over, as did the large private garden directly overlooking the mountains. Waking up, going out into the garden and being in front of the mountains is priceless.

Die Zimmer des Solea Boutique and Spa Hotels sind 43, alle unterschiedlich, aber gleichermaßen elegant und einladend. Das vom Solea-Personal für uns reservierte Zimmer ist eine wunderschöne neue Garden Junior Suite, die sich durch eine perfekte Mischung aus Modernität, Design und Tradition auszeichnet. Die vollständig mit Holz bedeckten Wände haben uns sofort überzeugt, ebenso wie der große private Garten mit direktem Blick auf die Berge. Aufwachen, in den Garten gehen und vor den Bergen sein ist von unschätzbarem Wert.

What better way to start a day than with a good breakfast? This is the moment we prefer when we are on vacation or traveling for work and the Solea's breakfast has pleasantly impressed us with the abundance of the sweet and savory buffet, the homemade cakes and the possibility to order a la carte a great variety of dishes in addition to the buffet.

Wie könnte man einen Tag besser beginnen als mit einem guten Frühstück? Dies ist der Moment, den wir bevorzugen, wenn wir im Urlaub sind oder auf Geschäftsreise sind. Das Frühstück im Solea hat uns angenehm beeindruckt mit der Fülle des süßen und herzhaften Buffets, den hausgemachten Kuchen und der Möglichkeit, eine große Auswahl à la carte zu bestellen von Gerichten zusätzlich zum Buffet.

At dinner we were guests of the hotel restaurant, headed by chef Michele Perlot, a native of Fai della Paganella, who together with his staff offers guests a gourmet cuisine with attention to the smallest details, where seasonal products are transformed into small works of art.

Beim Abendessen waren wir Gäste des Hotelrestaurants unter der Leitung des aus Fai della Paganella stammenden Küchenchefs Michele Perlot, der zusammen mit seinen Mitarbeitern eine Gourmetküche mit Liebe zum Detail anbietet, in der saisonale Produkte in kleine Kunstwerke verwandelt werden.

In addition to the rooms, another strong point of the Solea Boutique and Spa Hotel is the Wellness area: indoor and outdoor swimming pool with heated water, hydromassage stations and saunas. Finnish sauna (with panoramic mountain views), bio sauna, infrared sauna, Turkish bath, frigidarium and relaxation area with suspended beds and delicious herbal teas and fresh fruit to savor. All surrounded by a large garden where you can admire the spectacle offered by the Dolomites. Our favorite part? A wooden house in perfect alpine style where you can enjoy a relaxing sauna and peek at the view from a small window.

Alle sind von einem großen Garten umgeben, in dem ihr das Schauspiel der Dolomiten bewundern könnt. Unser Lieblingsteil? Ein Holzhaus im perfekten alpinen Stil, in dem ihr eine entspannende Sauna und die Aussicht aus einem Fenster genießen könnt.
