Hongya Cave

Jiefangbei Square

Luohan Temple

Even if you don't like shopping, The Ring Mall is definitely worth a visit. Inside is a spectacular urban tropical forest with towering trees, hanging walkways, waterfalls, and lush plants that transform the shopping center into a green oasis in the heart of the metropolis. Strolling through nature and futuristic architecture offers a truly unusual experience, so much so that many visitors consider it a real tourist attraction rather than just a mall.
One of the most beautiful experiences to have in Chongqing is a dinner at one of the many scenic restaurants on the hill, where you can enjoy traditional Chinese barbecue with spectacular views of the illuminated city. We chose Ding Laotou BBQ (丁老头烤肉), the highest place, right at the top of the hill, to enjoy the best views. Reservations are not possible, so it is recommended to arrive a little’ in advance, especially at sunset. Taxis and Didi usually stop at the beginning of the climb: from there you can continue on foot for about 15-20 minutes or be accompanied on a motorbike by the young people present on site, who offer this service for a fee. A simple but unmissable experience, where good food, local atmosphere, and one of Chongqing's most incredible nighttime views come together in a single evening.
