Getting to Hallstatt was like arriving in a fairytale village, with colorful houses with pointed roofs, a small square, the church by the lake and the mountains that frame it. Wonderful. Hallstatt Hideway, the structure that hosted us during our stay in the city, completed this dream picture. The name Hallstatt Hideway suggests that the place is located in an enchanting and somewhat hidden position in a small street just above the main street in the city center. After climbing up the stairs, we arrive in front of a wonderful and ancient wooden door. We ring the bell and Ariane opens us up with her big smile.

The wooden interiors are so beautiful (and antique) that we naturally take off our shoes before entering. We climb other stairs and arrive at our suite, or we could call it a luxury apartment, given the size. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms ... nothing is missing. But what catches our attention are the two terraces (two!), the first suspended above the roofs of Hallstatt with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding motions and the second with a fabulous heated jacuzzi with an equally beautiful view on the surrounding landscape. What more could you want?

Nach Hallstatt zu kommen war wie in einem Märchendorf anzukommen, mit bunten Häusern mit spitzen Dächern, einem kleinen Platz, der Kirche am See und den Bergen, die es umrahmen. Wunderbar! Hallstatt Hideaway, das Gebäude, in dem wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts in der Stadt befanden, vervollständigte dieses Traumbild. Der Name impliziert, dass das Hallstatt Hideaway sich in einer bezaubernden und etwas versteckten Lage in einer kleinen Straße direkt über der Hauptstraße in der Innenstadt befindet. Wir kletteren die Treppe hinauf und wir kommen vor einer wunderschönen und uralten Holztür an. Wir klingeln und Ariane öffnet uns mit ihrem großen Lächeln.

Die hölzernen Innenräume sind so schön (und antik), dass wir natürlich unsere Schuhe ausziehen, bevor wir eintreten. Wir steigen andere Treppen hinauf und erreichen unsere Suite, oder wir könnten es angesichts der Größe ein Luxusapartment nennen. Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer ... es fehlt nichts. Aber was unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zieht, sind die zwei Terrassen (zwei!), die erste über den Dächern von Hallstatt mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Bewegungen und die zweite mit einem fabelhaften beheizten Whirlpool mit ebenso schöner Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Was wollt iht mehr?

At Hallsatt Hideway tradition and modernity come together in a perfect mix. The ancient wood of the original architecture has been preserved and combined with modern and design furnishings that make the suites charming environments where you can take refuge and be pampered after a day spent discovering the wonderful Hallstatt. As if all this were not enough, the Hallstatt Hideway offers its customers a private garden just a few steps from the hotel, directly on the shores of the lake, and a sauna with a relax area, obviously overlooking the lake.

Im Hallsatt Hideway vereinen sich Tradition und Moderne in einer perfekten Mischung. Das alte Holz der ursprünglichen Architektur wurde erhalten und mit modernen und gestalterischen Möbeln kombiniert, die die Suiten zu einer bezaubernden Umgebung machen, in der Sie nach einem Tag voller Entdeckungen in der wunderschönen Hallstatt Zuflucht suchen und sich verwöhnen lassen können. Als ob all dies nicht genug wäre, bietet das Hallstatt-Versteck seinen Kunden einen privaten Garten, nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, direkt am Ufer des Sees, und eine Sauna mit einem Ruhebereich mit offensichtlichem Blick auf den See.

The breakfast that was served us, once again, left us speechless. Here breakfast is brought directly to your room at the time you want ... bread, croissants, eggs, cold cuts, fruit juice, nothing is really missing. What's more beautiful than a good coffee on the terrace while admiring the lake? There is certainly no better way to start the day!

Das Frühstück, das uns wieder serviert wurde, machte uns sprachlos. Hier wird das Frühstück zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt direkt auf Ihr Zimmer gebracht... Brot, Croissants, Eier, Aufschnitt, Fruchtsaft, nichts fehlt wirklich. Was gibt es Schöneres als einen guten Kaffee auf der Terrasse, während ihr den See bewundert? Es gibt sicherlich keinen besseren Start in den Tag!
